1. Order & Payment
1.1 How do I place an order?
Place your order by adding the desired products to your cart, proceeding to the checkout and following the steps to complete your order. Don't forget to fill in your address details and payment method to process your order.
1.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEA, Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and many more. The payment screen shows which payment options are available.
1.3 Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at infoltdeals@gmail.com . Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to change or cancel it.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands we charge €4.95 per order. For shipping to Germany and Belgium the shipping costs are €5.95. For orders above €79.00 shipping is free.
2.2 How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
2.3 Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 How can I return a product?
You can return a product within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to infoltdeals@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return. We will then send you further instructions and the return address.
3.2 Who pays the return costs?
The costs for returning products are at your expense, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will pay the return costs.
3.3 How do I get my refund?
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you paid with within 14 days. It may take a few days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Yes, definitely! Our cotton version of the Ihram is made of 100% high-quality cotton, which ensures comfort and breathability during your Umrah or Hajj.
5.2 What is included when purchasing an Ihram?
All our Ihram come with large safety pins to secure the top. This ensures a reliable and comfortable fit.

We offer different packages. For the most recent collection, we would like to refer you to our products.
5.4 How do you select your products?
We select our products based on high quality and work only with reliable suppliers. We ensure that all items meet our quality standards In Sha Allah.
